Keep Safe During COVID-19: Wash Your Hands, Keep Your Distance, Care for Your Neighbor
The Lenox Place HOA follows City of Alexandria and Commonwealth of Virginia guidance for public health during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have questions about safe health practices, contact the city Health Department at 703-746-4988, or see City of Alexandria coronavirus information at www.alexandria.gov/coronavirus, and Commonwealth of Virginia coronavirus information at www.vdh.virginia.gov/coronavirus. If you have chest pain or shortness of breath, call 911. If you have concerns about public adherence to safe health practices, contact the City of Alexandria non-emergency line, 703-746-4444.
Park Neighborly — Use Your Garage and Driveway First
Lenox Place has more homes than common area parking spaces. Neighborly parking starts with everyone who has a garage and driveway using their own spaces before parking a vehicle in a common area space. A Lenox Place HOA hang tag is always required in any Lenox Place common area space or marked reserved space. Vehicles parked in a Lenox Place common area space without the required hang tag may be ticketed and towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. If you have questions, contact us at www.lenoxplace.org/contact.
Answering Your Landscaping Questions
Q: I have a landscaping question. Should I direct it to our landscaping service next time they are working on the property? A: Questions and concerns about Lenox Place landscaping should be directed to our property management at www.lenoxplace.org/contact and not to our vendor directly.
Q: Is there a document that describes Lenox Place landscaping services? A: We love our beautiful property! Our governing documents describe Lenox Place landscaping in general. Our Landscaping Committee, made up of members of our community, is developing a document that addresses the most common questions in more detail. Stay tuned!
Considering an Exterior Renovation? Get ARC Approval Before You Start

New at Lenox Place
At the Board’s direction, several improvements have been under way to beautify our community. They include new paint on our masonry Lenox Place signs, installation of a new tree replacing a dead tree on the northwest corner of the Courtland Circle, and significant weeding that was made necessary by our mild winter and early spring. The Board is working to address drainage comprehensively across the property, make spring landscaping renovations, apply new paint to our exterior property metal fence and common property metal handrails, and improve irrigation to an under-irrigated area inside the W. Glebe fence line. COVID-19 public health guidance affects some community work; while maintenance continues, some new project starts are recommended by management to delay until June or July 2020.
