With snow in the weather forecast, Lenox Place at Sunnyside members and residents should be aware how our community manages clearing snow.
- Our vendor, BladeRunners, begins clearing our community streets and sidewalks, and the sidewalk around our property perimeter, when snow accumulation reaches 3 inches deep. Elbert Ave., a public street, is plowed by the City of Alexandria. Our vendor clears Lenox Place at Sunnyside sidewalks only on Elbert Ave., not the street.
- Members are responsible to clear their own stairways and driveways and to keep the sidewalks in front of their homes clear.
- Keep an eye to help your neighbors who might need assistance clearing snow or running errands.
