What: Vote on Proposed Amendment to Articles of Incorporation
Where: Beverly Hills Community United Methodist Church, 3512 Old Dominion Boulevard, Alexandria, VA 22305
When: Registration begins at 6:45 pm, meeting begins at 7:00 pm. Regular monthly board meeting to follow at 8:00 pm.
We encourage all members to attend the brief meeting in person or submit the absentee ballot by email, mail or in person.
NOTE: All attendees OR those that voted and submitted an absentee ballot are eligible for the drawing that evening for one of ten $50 gift certificates.
